01Who we are

This website is operated by Jeevaysoft Solutions LLC (“Jeevaysoft”, “we”, “us”). We build software products, integrations, and automation for complex operations, with a specialization in healthcare and laboratory technology.

02What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Jeevaysoft marketing website (jeevaysoft.com and related pages). It explains how we handle information you give us here and information collected automatically when you visit.

It does not cover data processed inside our customers’ systems, such as J-Health. That data is handled under the written agreement with the customer, including business associate agreements where HIPAA applies.

Please don’t send protected health information (PHI). The website and contact form are not designed for patient or health data. If your enquiry involves it, tell us and we will arrange a secure channel first.

03Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, work email, organization, phone number (optional), role (optional), industry (optional), the topic and products you are interested in, your message, and your preferred way to be contacted.
Demo requests: your name, work email, organization, size, role, optional phone, the products you want to see, your chosen date and time, your time zone, and any notes you add.
Job applications: your name, email, phone, location, experience level, optional profile links, the information you write about your experience, and the CV (PDF) you upload.
Email and phone: anything you share when you write to or call us.

Information collected automatically

Technical data: like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
Security data: to protect the contact form we store a hashed (non-readable) form of your IP address with each submission, and use a session cookie (see Cookies).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information through this website, and we do not use the site to collect payment details.

04How we use information

To reply to your enquiry and discuss solutions, products, integrations, or support.
To arrange demos, proposals, or follow-up conversations you ask for.
To review job applications and contact candidates. Application materials are used only for recruiting.
To protect the website and form against spam, abuse, and security threats.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, using basic server logs.
To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We only send marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every message includes a way to opt out.

05Cookies and browser storage

We keep this deliberately small:

Session cookie (strictly necessary): keeps the contact form secure (it holds a security token and prevents repeated submissions). It is deleted when you close your browser.
Theme preference (browser storage): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

06Third-party services and links

Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them, which means Google can see your IP address.
Hosting and email providers: companies that host the website or deliver email on our behalf may process information for us, only on our instructions.
Links: our pages link to sites we do not control (for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps). Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

07When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share it only:

with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, under confidentiality and security obligations;
when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

08How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal or contractual requirements, and then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Job application materials are kept only as long as needed to consider you for current and future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or application at any time.

09How we protect it

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections, and input validation on forms. Jeevaysoft is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and follows HIPAA safeguards in its work with healthcare customers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under California, Illinois, or other state laws), you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
opt out of marketing emails at any time;
not be treated unfairly for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

11Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Where information is processed

Jeevaysoft is based in the United States, and information collected through this site is processed in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on this page.
