01 What does Jeevaysoft do?
We build and support software for laboratories, healthcare organizations, and other complex operations: our own products, custom software, system and instrument integration, data migration, analytics, and managed infrastructure.
02 Do you only work with healthcare?
No. We began in laboratories and healthcare, but the same engineering discipline serves banking and fintech, manufacturing, logistics, professional services, and other operations-heavy industries.
03 Who will actually work on my project?
Experienced practitioners only. Every engineer and operator on a project is a senior professional, and we do not use interns or fresh graduates on customer work.

01 Which products do you offer?
Our portfolio includes J-Health, J-Quantify, AVA, J-Vantage, and the email infrastructure pair EBM and SMMP. Product pages with full details are live for J-Health, AVA, J-Vantage, EBM and SMMP, and J-Quantify is next.
02 What is J-Vantage?
J-Vantage is our workflow orchestration and field execution platform for healthcare, logistics, facilities, home services and professional services. It is in development and early access is open.
03 What is J-Health?
J-Health is our laboratory software platform. It supports laboratory workflows, order and accession management, result handling, reporting, and automation.
04 What are EBM and SMMP?
EBM monitors email bounces and works mainly with Microsoft environments. SMMP is a control center for your SMTP: it records every outgoing email with its status, identifies the system and department that sent it, and lets you manually block email accounts from sending. Both suit any organization.
05 Can I use EBM and SMMP separately?
Yes. EBM (bounce monitoring) and SMMP (SMTP middleware) work together, and each can also be used independently.
06 Are all products available now?
J-Health, AVA, EBM and SMMP are available to discuss and demo today. J-Vantage is in development with early access open, and J-Quantify is next. Ask us about the product you are interested in and we will tell you its current status.

01 How do I request a demo?
Choose the products you want to see, pick a day and time, and send the short form. We confirm by email.
02 When can I book a demo?
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pacific Time. The booking form shows each slot in Pacific Time and in your own local time.
03 Does the demo use real patient data?
No. Demos use sample data only. Please do not send protected health information through our website or forms.
04 Is there a cost for a demo?
No. A demo is a conversation about your workflow with no obligation.
Integration & migration
01 Can you connect our existing systems?
Yes. We connect two, three, or ten-plus disparate systems and instruments without forcing vendor lock-in. The right design depends on your systems, so we start by mapping the data flow together.
02 Do you work with laboratory instruments and analyzers?
Yes. We build vendor-agnostic instrument interfaces, including bidirectional communication where the instrument supports it.
03 How do you handle data migration?
We plan migrations with integrity checks, rehearsals, and fallback plans, and we always perform critical operations in off hours to protect the people relying on the system.
04 Can you build custom software?
Yes. We build, modernize, and consult on custom software, typically on PHP stacks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter, along with modern front-end and REST APIs.
Security & compliance
01 Which certifications do you hold?
Jeevaysoft is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, operates HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and undergoes annual third-party audits of technology and applications. All staff are HIPAA certified.
02 Will you sign a business associate agreement (BAA)?
When our work involves protected health information under HIPAA, we operate under the appropriate written agreements, including business associate agreements. We agree scope and handling before any data is shared.
03 Can I send patient information through your contact form?
No. Please never send protected health information through this website. Tell us what you need and we will arrange a secure channel first.
04 What do you do with the information I submit?
We use it to reply to you and arrange what you asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Services & support
01 Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. We stay close during go-live and continue to support the system afterwards. Support arrangements are agreed in writing for each customer.
02 Can you manage our infrastructure?
Yes. Our team includes healthcare-specialized DevOps engineers experienced with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security controls.
03 I have an urgent problem with a system you support.
Use the support channel defined in your agreement with us. The website is not monitored for urgent issues.
04 How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, products, and services, so we do not publish fixed prices. Tell us what you need and we will give you an honest estimate.
