DevOps Expert

Infrastructure · Networking · Azure

Own the infrastructure behind healthcare-grade systems: Azure environments, networks, pipelines, and the security controls around them.

Must have

  • Expert-level, hands-on Azure infrastructure experience
  • Strong networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, IPsec/site-to-site VPN, firewalls, TLS
  • Linux and Windows Server administration
  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep) and CI/CD
  • Security hardening, logging, and monitoring in production

What you’ll do

  1. Design, build, and operate Azure infrastructure for production systems
  2. Manage networking end to end: VNets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing
  3. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
  4. Monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response
  5. Keep environments aligned with HIPAA and ISO/IEC 27001 controls

Build and maintain secure, high-performance business applications as a true senior engineer. This is not a junior role.

Must have

  • Expert PHP 8.x with years of production experience
  • CodeIgniter 3 and Laravel (both are mandatory)
  • Working command of the wider PHP ecosystem (CakePHP, Symfony, Yii, WordPress)
  • MySQL/MariaDB design and query tuning

  • Experience with billing software and clearinghouses
  • HIPAA awareness and strong attention to detail

What you’ll do

  1. Prepare, scrub, and submit claims accurately
  2. Post payments and reconcile EOB/ERA remittances
  3. Work denials, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up
  4. Verify coding and payer requirements before submission
  5. Protect patient information under HIPAA
